SHIPPING POLICY

Limitless Peps is Australian based, with orders dispatched domestically within Australia.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided using the contact details supplied with your order.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been lodged with the carrier.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate only. Once a parcel has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside the control of Limitless Peps.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us so we can assist with investigating the shipment.

A parcel experiencing a carrier delay is not automatically considered lost.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products so we can assess the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Limitless Peps currently dispatches orders within Australia only unless otherwise stated on our website.
